3.1 SafeSwap provides information on a best-efforts basis and makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data in its database.
3.2 Users acknowledge that flagged accounts are based on user submissions and may not reflect the true status of an account.
3.3 SafeSwap is not liable for any decisions, transactions, or disputes arising from the use of its platform or data.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Users are responsible for the accuracy of any information submitted to SafeSwap, including when flagging accounts.
4.2 Users agree not to misuse the platform for malicious or defamatory purposes.
4.3 Users must comply with all applicable New Zealand laws when using SafeSwap.
5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Flagging Accounts

6.3 False or malicious reporting is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access to the platform.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Account holders may dispute flagged reports by contacting SafeSwap with supporting evidence.
7.2 SafeSwap will review disputes impartially and take reasonable steps to resolve issues.
8. Intellectual Property
