Our Mission

At SafeSwap, our mission is to create a secure and trustworthy environment for Kiwis engaged in peer-to-peer transactions. We aim to eliminate the risk of scams when buying or selling second-hand goods online by providing a user-driven database where the community can check, flag, and avoid suspicious accounts.

SafeSwap was founded with a single goal: to make online marketplaces safer for everyone in New Zealand. Recognising the growing challenges of fraud in digital transactions, we created a platform that empowers users to verify account histories and contribute to a scam-free trading community.
